Returns
Whilst we hope that you are happy with every pre-loved item you receive we understand that you may need to return something that may not fit or you're unsatisfied with. We will happily offer you a full refund or exchange.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags for new with tags items.
Please note that packaging and shipping cost for returns need to be paid by the customer.

It is recommended that you return your items via recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for any items items lost in transit.

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
