Our Story
As a mum of two gorgeous girls I try my best to shop clothes consciously. Particularly with my second one I soon realised that all her bigger sister's clothes were in absolute perfect condition for the majority.I decided to only buy second hand clothes for both my girls, with the exception of very few items.
Kids grow out of their clothes very quickly and leave you with a pile of gowns in perfect or good condition. I soon started selling on different platforms too and I found a lot of joy in seeing that their beautiful preloved bits found new homes.
This new hobby quickly turned into a wider piece of awareness and the wish to have others join the circular fashion movement. I felt the need to create something. A place where other parents could share my passion and do something good for the planet (and their wallet at the same time).
Beau Loop
beau, adj. - qui suscite un plaisir esthétique d'ordre visuel ou auditif.
Beau is French for beautiful. I love the classical and bohemian style of French kids' clothing brands, but living in the UK I found it difficult to find second hand items. With the creation of Beau Loop I want to offer parents a curated collection of beautiful styles, whether it be French clothing brands or other well known high street logos.
Loop represents the idea of circular economy, keeping clothes that are in good condition in use as opposed to disposing of them.
