Quality requirements
Please make sure to carefully check our brand list and requirements before sending. Inspect items under good light to spot any stains or holes. Once we receive your items we will perform checks and if an item does not meet requirements, we will not pay for it. You can either accept a lower price or request your item back. Shipping will be at your own cost.
Conditions:
All clothes must be:
- from brands on our list
- in new, very good or good condition
- freshly washed, but don’t need to be ironed
- without holes, tears, rips
- without stains / fading / discolouring
- in working order: working zip, button
- from smoke and pet free households
We do not accept:
- Underwear, tights and socks, unless they are new with tags
- Shoes, accessories
- Personalised items with name or date
- Handmade, unbranded items
- Items that have labels cut out
- School uniform
- Seasonal clothes (X-mas jumper, Halloween Costumes)
- Dress up costumes
